How long does it take to build a website?
You’ll receive an estimated timeline at the start of the project. Most sites launch within 2–5 weeks, depending on the project scope and your feedback.
Do I need to provide content?
Yes. You’ll supply text and images, but I’ll guide you through what’s needed and help with recommendations and resources as needed.
Can I update the site myself?
Absolutely. Every WordPress site includes an easy-to-use editor and a video walkthrough to show you how to manage everyday tasks.
Will my site work on phones and tablets?
Yes! Every WordPress site I build is fully responsive and mobile-friendly.
Do you offer support after launch?
All packages include 30 days of post-launch support, and I’m always available if you need help in the future.
Do you require a deposit?
I offer three easy payment options:
- 30/40/30 – 30% to start, 40% after discovery to begin design, and the remaining 30% is due before delivery.
- 50/50 – 50% to start working, and the remaining 50% is due before delivery.
- 100% up front – receive a 3% discount when you pay in full up front.
Will I retain the ownership rights?
100% Yes! Ownership rights are clearly outlined in every contract I send out. Once your project is complete, you own full rights to the assets. I will never hold anything back. Even if you decide to end a project early, any work that has been paid for up to that point is yours free and clear.
