Design Q&A.
How long does a typical project take?
You’ll receive an estimated timeline at the start of the project. Most designs are ready in 3–5 business days. Larger or more complex projects can take 1–2 weeks or more, depending on the complexity.
What types of files will I receive?
You’ll get high-res print files and web-optimized files in multiple formats, including AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG, and SVG.
How many revisions do you include?
Each package includes two rounds of revisions, which is usually plenty to get your logo just right.
Do you require a deposit?
I offer three easy payment options:
- 30/40/30 – 30% to start, 40% after discovery to begin design, and the remaining 30% is due before delivery.
- 50/50 – 50% to start working, and the remaining 50% is due before delivery.
- 100% up front – receive a 3% discount when you pay in full up front.
Will I retain the ownership rights?
100% Yes! Ownership rights are clearly outlined in every contract I send out. Once your project is complete, you own full rights to the assets. I will never hold anything back. Even if you decide to end a project early, any work that has been paid for up to that point is yours free and clear.
