How long does a typical project take?

Most designs are ready in 3–5 business days. Larger or more complex projects can take 1–2 weeks or more, depending on the complexity.

Can I mix and match services?

Absolutely. I can create a custom package based on your unique needs. Contact me for a personalized quote.

What file formats will I receive?

You’ll receive high-res, print-ready files and web-optimized versions in all standard formats.

How many revisions do you include?

Every project includes two rounds of revisions, which is usually more than enough.

What if I need help later?

Once your project is complete, you will have my direct contact information. I’m always available if you need updates, tweaks, or advice down the road.

Do you require a deposit?

I offer two easy payment options:

  • 50/50 – 50% to start working, and the remaining 50% is due before delivery.
  • 100% upfront – receive a 3% discount when you pay in full upfront.
Will I retain the ownership rights?

100% Yes! Ownership rights are clearly outlined in every contract I send out. Once your project is complete, you own full rights to the assets. I will never hold anything back. Even if you decide to end a project early, any work that has been paid for up to that point is yours free and clear.
