Will I retain the ownership rights?
100% Yes! Ownership rights are clearly stated up front in every contract I send out. Once a project is complete, you own full rights to the assets. I will never hold anything back. Even if you decide to end a project early, any work that has been paid for up to that point is yours free and clear.
